Specifics on hitting 200 MB — quality, runtime, and what survives the squeeze.
200 MB is a generous target that preserves near-source quality for most 1080p footage and fits comfortably under most CMS, Slack, and shared-drive upload limits.
Excellent — virtually identical to source for most 1080p clips up to 15 minutes, and acceptable for short 4K clips. The compressor uses higher-quality H.265 settings when more headroom is available.
Default WordPress upload caps at 64 MB (host-configurable up to 200+ MB). Shopify's free uploader caps at 100 MB. Use the 100 MB compressor for those CMS — 200 MB is for shared drives and direct uploads.
Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive (which accept much larger), embedded Vimeo, internal Slack channels, and direct downloads from your own site.
Never. YouPro doesn't add watermarks on any plan.
