The rules of the road for using YouPro. Plain language, no surprises. By using the studio, the downloader, the scene pack archive, or the Sylum bot, you agree to the terms below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using YouPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Use License
YouPro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Content Guidelines
You are responsible for all content processed through YouPro. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you use.
Privacy
Your use of YouPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.
Discord Bot Terms
The Sylum Discord Bot is provided as a utility for YouPro users. By using the bot, you agree to comply with these terms, Discord's Terms of Service, and all applicable usage policies. Abuse, spam, or exploitation will result in a blacklist from the bot and potential account restrictions.
Account Integrity and Enforcement
One person or organization may hold one YouPro account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free renders, trials, or referral bonuses, sharing or selling access to a paid account across different people, and rotating a single account between Discord accounts are all prohibited. We use signals such as device, network, and linking history to detect this. If we determine an account is involved in this kind of abuse, fraud, or any other violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate it, block re-registration, and remove access to the studio, the downloader, and the Sylum bot, with or without notice. When a suspended or terminated account holds a paid plan, that plan is cancelled and no further charges are made; amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support and we will review it.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of YouPro after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
