YouPro collects information that you provide directly to us, including when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This may include:

• Account information (email, name)
• Usage data and preferences
• Device and browser information
• Content you upload or create using our services

YouPro uses the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Personalize your experience
• Communicate with you about updates and features
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

YouPro runs on a small number of third-party providers. We share only the data each one needs to do its job, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Supabase, which hosts our database and handles account sign-in
• Cloudflare R2, which stores the video and audio files you upload or render
• Stripe, which processes subscription payments. YouPro never sees or stores your card number
• Google Gemini, which analyzes video and audio to produce the insights and tags shown in the app

If you connect a social account such as TikTok, YouPro stores the access token that connection issues, along with the profile and video information the platform returns. We use it only to show your stats inside YouPro and to publish videos you explicitly choose to publish. We never post on your behalf without you asking, and we do not sell or share this data with anyone. You can disconnect the account at any time from your settings, which revokes the token and removes the data we pulled from it.

We keep your account information and uploaded content for as long as your account is open, because the service cannot work without it. Files you delete inside the app are removed from our storage. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information and your stored media. Some records, such as payment history, are kept longer where the law requires it. To request deletion, email us at the address below and we will confirm once it is done.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date below.
